Usability services
We perform set of works, improving usability of applications. Our approach is quite simple: we think of applications and websites as tools that people use to achieve their goals. And the best tool is that one which helps people to achieve what they want in the most simple and convenient way.
This approach defines the way we work: all starts from understanding who the users are, what they do, and what they actually want. This requires some investigation, but it gives great result. We can design applications based not on just the set of functions it must have, but on the users’ activity and their goals.
Simply, we try to understand what people want, and then arrange the application in such a way, that all they need would be right at hand.
Why is good usability important?
Application with high usability rate is transparent: users can concentrate on their tasks without distracting at the software. People can learn how to use application faster, work more efficiently, and obtain psychological comfort while the working.
