Projects-based model with fixed price outsourcing contract.

Fixed price model is suitable for short-term projects with well defined scopes in terms of requirements and deliverables. Software specification must be developed in details to makes it feasible to estimate necessary resources for successful project implementation.

Time & materials contract

Time & material business model is designed for long-term projects, where the total work efforts cannot be estimated in advance and the scope of work can vary during the implementation. Within this model effective time of arranged resources is billed at the end of each month accordingly with conventional rate. The model provides customers great flexibility in altering requirements during operation; adjusting project plans in response of changing business environment mitigating or event eliminating time consuming negotiations.
