CEObytes pays a lot of attention to project development process methodology. We believe that well organized process is a key component of a successful project. The process being used by CEObytes is a kind of Rational Unified Process adaptation with some changes based on world software development best practice and our own experience in offshore outsourcing project management.

Communications

You do not need to worry about timezone differences. We can easily shift our schedule to have at least 3-4 shared hours per day. Project managers are available at mobile phones 24 hours per day to carry out urgent issues. In some particular cases we adjust our work schedule and work with client as long as necessary.

You are welcome to contact any employees involved in project development directly by any available means: e-mail, phone, instant messenger, Skype etc. Furthermore, our fibro-optical Internet connection makes possible to arrange online video conferences with all the development team together.

CEObytes Project Center is a web based internally developed software designed to be an informational center of all the company’s production activity. It provides information, management and collaboration abilities to all parties involved in project activity: clients, developers, testers and managers get their role oriented access.
